2 December 2000
For 16 days the congregation of the Indianapolis Baptist Temple, along with a rag tag group of preachers and Christian laymen from across the nation, have held off Federal Marshals from executing an Order to Vacate by District Judge Sarah Evans Barker. Judge Barker on the same day, Nov. 14, ordered the Ten Commandments, Preamble to the Indiana Constitution, and US Bill of Rights to be ripped up from the Court House lawn in Bedford, Indiana.
This is not a Stand Off; but rather a Stand for God, the Bible, and religious liberty. It is a Redress of Grievance guaranteed by the First Amendment and Indiana Bill of Rights. Judge Barker, the Seventh Circuit, Judge John Paul Stevens, and Chief Justice William Renquist had refused to give the church a Temporary Stay pending appeal. They have destroyed our church property and buildings, including the seizing of Dr. and Mrs. Dixon's home in which they have lived for 32 years. They have also totally destroyed our Christian school ministry of 500 students. In fact, the US Attorney Robert Metzger said that IBT owed no taxes if they had complied with the exempt opportunities. This shows that the issue is not about money, but about control. In fact, he said, "An uncontrolled church is untenable in America today." 200 years ago our founding fathers believed that a controlled church was untenable.
We must have your help immediately. Please come and stand with us no matter how long you can stay. We can provide food and an area to sleep while you are at the church. Bring your own bedding. If you are in the area, please bring food, drinks, and paper goods. One church in the area will provide food this evening.
Please send the largest gift possible; however, no gift is too small. We have uncovered massive corruption and fraud in the local IRS office here. It may even reach into the Federal Court. We must have time and money to expose it. Please help us. Also, churches could receive a love gift for us. Please send it today to: Indianapolis Baptist Temple, P O Box 11, Indianapolis, Indiana 46206
Remember the words of David concerning the nobles of the enemy of Israel, "Who said, Let us take to ourselves the houses of God in possession." (Ps. 83:11,12) There is no doubt that the goal of the Clinton/Reno Justice Department is to use the IRS to silence every pulpit and church in America.
Al Gore is in the same camp. The following is a quote from his book, Earth In The Balance, "Refusing to accept the Earth as our Sacred Mother, these Christians have become a dangerous threat to the survival of humanity."
Yours for Christ's Gospel and religious liberty,
Rev. Greg A. Dixon

I would gain control of the most powerful nation in the world;
I would delude their minds into thinking that they had come from man's effort, instead of God's blessings;
I would promote an attitude of loving things and using people, instead of the other way around;
I would dupe entire states into relying on gambling for their state revenue;
I would convince people that character is not an issue when it comes to leadership;
I would make it legal to take the life of unborn babies;
I would make it socially acceptable to take one's own life, and invent machines to make it convenient;
I would cheapen human life as much as possible, so that the lives of animals are valued more than human beings;
I would take God out of the schools, where even the mention of His name was grounds for a lawsuit;
I would come up with drugs that sedate the mind and target the young, and I would get sports heroes to advertise them;
I would get control of the media, so that every night I could pollute the mind of every family member for my agenda;
I would attack the family, the backbone of any nation
I would make divorce acceptable and easy, even fashionable, because if the family crumbles, so does the nation;
I would compel people to express their most depraved fantasies on canvas and movie screens, and I would call it art;
I would convince the world that people are born homosexuals, and that their lifestyles should be accepted and marveled at;
I would convince the people that right and wrong are determined by a few who call themselves authorities, and refer to their agenda as politically correct;
I would persuade people that the church is irrelevant and out of date, and the Bible is for the naive;
I would dull the minds of Christians, and make them believe that prayer is not important, and that faithfulness and obedience are optional;
I guess I would leave things pretty much the way they are.
Good Day
As in the case of any bully, all that is necessary is for someone to stand up! In this regard, the Republican Party is as much to blame as anyone is. For 8 years they have cow-towed to Clinton and his gang of goons. Their symbol seems appropriate. As elephants run in sheer terror at the sight of a rodent, the Republican Party has run scared in the face of the rat, Bill Clinton. -- Chuck Baldwin
They watched a 6-year-old seized at gunpoint and returned to a dictator, which the administration justified by "law" that didn't exist. No wonder they see nothing wrong with changing the rules after the election results are known, or with "correcting" the results to yield the "right" answer. No wonder they assume that truth can be altered as desired.
First we deconstructed law by disguising capricious decisions as "law." Then we deconstructed language by disputing the meaning of "is." Now we are deconstructing reality itself by counting "dimpled chads" and pretending to sense the intent of voters, while repeatedly changing the rules to obtain the desired result.
In psychology, those who fabricate their own reality are called psychotic. In politics or law, they are called shrewd, but they may be even more dangerous.

"This battle will be won or lost by public opinion. As of today, I have not heard a peep out of your [Defense Secretary William Cohen's] office. Why? I would have expected you personally to be on the national networks using your 'bully pulpit' to get those votes counted. Your allegiance to the soldiers, sailors and airmen that you oversee should take precedence over politics. I urge you to make yourself visible to the nation in support of your troops." --Rear Adm. Riley Mixon

"One indisputable result of the unconcluded presidential race is the confirmation that Al Gore is Bill Clinton's authentic heir." --David Horowitz
"Florida has now given us the most famous dimples since Shirley Temple and the most famous long count since Tunney and Dempsey. Meanwhile, the Gore camp has given us the most shameless lies since Bill Clinton." - Thomas Sowell
"It does the nation little good to continue to argue a point that has become obvious to everyone but Al Gore. The point is this: George W. Bush is the next president of the United States. He won the election. Al Gore did not." --Rep. J.C. Watts

** Court Orders Official Observer Status and Leaves Open Possible Testimony by Judicial Watch Experts **
** Major Victory for The Public Interest **
(Washington, DC/Miami, Florida) Today, as a result of an emergency court hearing, Judicial Watch, Inc., the public-interest law firm that combats government abuse, won the right to send expert observers to the Leon County Circuit Court, now conducting proceedings to determine the 2000 Presidential election. Accordingly, Judicial Watch has been granted an official status as a representative of the public interest to inspect the disputed ballots, which were moved from West Palm Beach and Miami-Dade counties today, and ask the Court, if necessary and it so agrees, to testify on what it observes in order to further the interests of justice.
Judicial Watch will thus send two representatives to Tallahassee to monitor the court proceedings, to be present when ballots are inspected, and possibly recounted, and will offer its expert testimony to help ensure a fair result.
"We at Judicial Watch salute Judge N. Sanders Sauls for granting Judicial Watch the ability to represent and protect the public interest in this historic case," stated Judicial Watch Chairman and General Counsel Larry Klayman. "Our group will do everything lawfully possible to ensure a fair result," added Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton.
Judicial Watch is non-partisan and does not endorse or oppose either political party or candidate in this case.
"And so I urge Governor Bush to support our proposal to bring this process to a fair, expeditious and truly DEMOCRATIC conclusion."--Al Gore, 11/28/00, speech transcript courtesy of CNN.com. (Emphasis provided by the author of this article.)
Perhaps no greater truth exists than that perpetrators almost always, directly or indirectly, confess their perpetrations. There is no better current example of this than the statement of Al Gore, who, for the 2nd time in 24 hours, tried to explain his position on the results of the Florida election. The "truly DEMOCRATIC conclusion", viz., is truly what the Democrats are seeking.
All talk of the will of the people, and the legitimacy of the election, must be tempered in this fire--the unremitting insistence of the Democratic party in general, and Al Gore in particular, that the election continue until they are satisfied with the results. And the only results they will be satisfied with, will be a Gore presidency.
No matter what damage it does to the independent election by the public of the president, Al Gore is willing to tear the process apart in court, and empower the courts above the electorate, to get what he wants. What he will get should he win is a political morass, a no-man's land where NO ONE'S vote truly counts when it can be negated by legal shenanigans. But make certain first that you are in power, or at least your party is in power, and you open the door to judicial tyranny, and the RAPE of the voter!
In these continuing paragraphs, I will endeavor to translate the vicissitudes of Al Gore's logic into normal horse sense. Meet the Al Gore sub-conscious, represented by the familiar Latin term Id Est (I.E.) meaning "that is":
"[Our] goal has been a single full and accurate recount."
I.E. - The vote was against me, and it is impossible that the vote is accurate if it was against me!
"That is a purpose that extends far beyond the borders of Florida."
I.E. - Another faux pas. Gore here begs to remind us that more than 2 million votes nation-wide were rejected on November 7. Yet he, who earlier said he would not want to win the office by "only a few hundred votes," complained that if the recounts were allowed to continue, his party thugs estimate that he would win by 9 (NINE) votes! Would the "will of the people" be spoken with NINE VOTES? If they were for me, (Big Al) they would!
"The American people have shown great patience..."
I.E. - This statement in the face of recent polls showing that 60% of Americans (a far greater percentage than voted for him), said they have lost patience with him, and that Al Gore should concede.
"Observers of this process know [this] to be true: The state of Florida has certified a vote count that is neither complete nor accurate."
I.E. - I and my advisors know much more than the duly elected Election Board of the State of Florida, which (by the by) elected my papa Billy to be president, and therefore (after 8 years of Clinton morals, and Gore mismanagement) should have elected me for 4 more years of exactly the same thing!
"Two weeks ago, I proposed to forego any legal challenge, if GOVERNOR BUSH WOULD LET A COMPLETE AND ACCURATE COUNT GO FORWARD, EITHER IN THE COUNTIES WHERE IT WAS PROPOSED OR IN THE FULL STATE OF FLORIDA."
AUTHOR - I here must step out of character Id Est to take careful note of the above egregious statement. Governor Bush did the only thing he could do LEGALLY, and that was to flatly refuse to agree to this proposal. The conduct of an election, whether it be the actual vote, or a retabulation of that vote, is the FINAL responsibility of the duly elected state officials and legislators of that state. No CANDIDATE, however pretty on camera, has the right to circumvent the state's right to conduct it's own elective process, according to the laws of that State, county or municipality.
"[Bush] became the first to file lawsuits...This morning, we have proposed to the court in Tallahassee..."
I.E.- [Back in character!] I am Gore the all powerful. I have but to speak the word, and POOF!, a LAWSUIT becomes a mere PROPOSAL TO A COURT. The American public is so stupid that they will villify Bush for his 'lawsuit', and meanwhile sympathize with us Dems that we were driven to this 'proposal to the court!'
"This is the essence of our proposal today. Seven days..."
I.E. - Of course, you don't realize that this is spoken by a man who had 8 YEARS to fix Social Security, and did nothing. Who had 20 DAYS beyond the election to have recounts completed, and could not encourage them to be finished.
"This is a time to count every vote ..."
I.E. - What? The Election was certified? The documents were signed? The results are final by Florida LAW? NOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!
"This is not a time for delay, obstruction and procedural roadblocks."
I.E. - Of course, that doesn't mean I'm delaying President Bush's transition to power by not conceding, nor obstructing the continuance of the government of the American people in an orderly fashion after a certified legal vote in an empowered State, nor blocking the road of electoral procedure by continual requests for recounts until I'M ELECTED!
"We need to be able to say that there is no legitimate question as to who won this election..."
I.E. - This, of course, does not mean I consider the certification of a duly empowered State Election Committee to be legitimate! I mean, I didn't win!
"And so I urge Governor Bush to support our proposal to bring this process to a fair, expeditious and truly DEMOCRATIC conclusion."
I.E. - I mean EXACTLY what I said! I want this to be a DEMOCRATIC victory. And I don't CARE if this a representative REPUBLIC. Let the RULE OF THE MOB be done!
