Dear Friends, It is my desire to provide laymen and pastors with helps in their ministry of proclaiming the marvelous truths of the Word of God. In the pages of this Web site, you can find sermons, Sunday School lessons, commentaries of Bible books, and the memoirs of my life. These are available for your use in the work of our Lord. I spent 35 years of my life starting, building, and pastoring churches. I supervised seven building programs while starting two churches from scratch and pastoring two others. I gained extensive experience in fund raising for building projects and in leading churches in debt reduction. Still, the real desire of my heart has always been to teach and preach the Bible. And the Sunday School lessons and verse-by-verse commentaries found on this web site were prepared over the years for teachers as aids for their lesson preparation. I hope you will find them of benefit to your ministry. Please feel free to copy any of the Sunday School lessons and pass them out to your teachers. And feel free to copy and preach any and all of the sermons to your congregation. The purpose of the Saved by Grace home page is to distribute useful information, not suppress it. A Snapshot of Rev. Dennis E. Wheeler: Pastor Wheeler has two degrees from the University of Florida. In 1949, he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture and in 1969, a Master's degree in Educational Administration. He has further course work at Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, Texas, the University of Miami, the University of South Florida, and Miami Bible College. He taught in the public schools as a high school science teacher and served as an administrator as well. For over 25 years he was a headmaster of Christian schools. He was a successful businessman before his conversion and served in the U.S. Navy Seabees in the Pacific in World War II.
