The Basic Plan includes:

Once your order is received you will be directed to a page to fill in basic data for the web site. As soon as your payment is processed, we will be contacting you for more detailed instruction and information to complete your ministries web site.
your own domain registration
The address of your new site will be www.your_name.com address ( depending on availability of name registration )
Part of the information that will be gathered in the previous step will be the name you want to use for your new site. Extensions .com, .net and .org are available so if .com fails to be available, try .org or .net. The link below will allow you to check the availability of your chosen domain name.

Hosting
As soon as your payment is processed your will be sent information on where you can watch the progress as your site is built. It will take a few days for your domain name to be activated, but you will be provided your "IP" address so you can see the site before it actually becomes public. This will enable you to work with our designer to make sure the page is just the way you want it when the doors open to the world.
weekly updates ( coming events, sermon outlines, SS lessons, etc. )
You will receive an email address to which you may send any and all updates as they are needed. We have a reputation for promptness in this area that we are quite proud of. Need references? Just ask.
25 email addresses with POP and/or web access ( your_choice@your_name.com )
Check your email from your computer's email client or from any computer with Internet access by using the web mail feature. You never have to miss your email just because you are not at home.
A form will be provided for you to add, delete or change email address information for those to whom you choose to provide them
Full professional web site administration
Many pastors have passed up a ministry web page because they don't have time to learn the ins-and-outs of Internic registration, web hosting, mime types and transfer rates. In short, don'y worry about it, we do and we will manage all of it for you.
100M of storage space for your site and a transfer rate of 3G per month.
This is plenty for most church or ministry sites. If your site becomes extremely busy, we can make adjustments to make sure you are covered.
The fee?
The $50 setup fee covers the domain registration for the first year and the expense of setting up the site. Most companies charge a minimum of $400 just for setting up a web site. This setup fee also covers the time required to edit and digitize your first audio files.
The monthly fee of $50 covers the hosting and the time required to make your updates, manage the site and provide additional audio updates as required. If you would like to save on the ongoing expense, you may pay on a yearly basis. The fee is only $550 per year and we will waive the setup fee if you choose this option.
